What are your hours of operation?
We’re open from 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm on weekends. We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times to accommodate your schedule.
Can I bring my pet’s own food and belongings?
Absolutely! We encourage pet owners to bring their pet’s regular food and belongings to ensure their comfort during their stay. Familiar items such as toys, blankets, and beds can help reduce anxiety and provide a sense of home. Please label all belongings with your pet’s name to avoid any mix-ups.
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for all pets. Rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella for dogs. Rabies, feline distemper, and feline leukemia for cats. Bring vaccination records during check-in.
How often will my pet be let out?
We understand the importance of exercise and bathroom breaks for our guests. Our trained caregivers take dogs out for bathroom breaks a minimum of three times a day. Additionally, dogs have the opportunity for supervised playtime in our secure outdoor areas. Cats also have regular playtime to engage their natural instincts and ensure their well-being.
